
Here are some delicious serving suggestions and recipe ideas using juice but remember to check with an adult first AND TO PUT THE LID ON THE BLENDER! Have fun!

Big Banana Shake |
1 cup milk 1 cup Just Juice - your favourite flavour 1 banana
- Pour milk and juice into a blender.
- Peel banana and break into pieces into blender.
- Blend on high speed until the banana is completely chopped.
- Serve immediately.

Jusli Muesli |
1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup Just Juice - your favourite flavour 1/2 cup sultanas 1/2 cup chopped peanuts 1 banana
- Place rolled oats in juice in bowl.
- Leave in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning add sultanas and peanuts.
- Slice banana. Add to muesli.
- Serve muesli with milk or yoghurt.
Serves 4
Variation: Use other juice flavours or other combinations of dried fruit and nuts.
Choose any fruit combination for this.
150 gram pot fruit flavoured yoghurt of your choice 3/4 cup Just Juice - your favourite flavour 1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit
- Place yoghurt, juice and fruit into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Serves 1 to 2
