But what makes us so strong in our actions is that we’re driven from our shared values. One Team, Straight Up, Value You, Go For It and Trail Blazing. It’s how we live them collectively that makes us Frucor.

Our values guide us in how we work day to day, how we work with each other and how we do business. They’re the company’s biggest asset and, like any asset, we need to spend time on maintaining them and ensuring they connect today just as much as they did yesterday.

We launched the values in 2002 and they were created by the people of Frucor. In 2008, we’ve given the values a bit of a refresh and relaunch with a new look to ensure that they remain relevant to us, the people of Frucor today.

Go for it

At Frucor our can-do attitude means that we get stuck in and get results - it’s the way we feel and the way we work! Our passion helps us be successful, it’s our thirst to be first. Go for it means that we make things happen, and this makes us stand out in the crowd!

One team

At Frucor it’s one team, one dream. We support each other, pull our weight and share our knowledge. We’re the team everyone wants to be picked for. We are FRUCOR and know how to make it happen while having fun on the way. After all isn’t that what life is all about!

Straight up

We don’t beat around the bush. Here at Frucor we’re straight up. We say what we mean. We voice our ideas and opinions. It’s what makes us ethical and moral in our actions. We do what we say, so that’s why we get so much done. It’s a given that we play fair, but play hard. It’s simple. It’s Frucor.

We’re innovators, not imitators. At Frucor we challenge the status quo. People look to us because we think differently. It’s what makes us Frucor. We are bold. We speak up when others won’t.
