How did you end up as part of the Frucor team?
I began working with Frucor logistics in January 2009 and have held a number of roles within the company since then.
I came to Australia initially on a holiday from Ireland but liked the place so much I wanted to stay. I had little knowledge Frucor or even V but my first impressions of Frucor were so positive I knew it was the right place for me. I just got lucky really!
How have you experienced the Frucor values first hand?
Frucor is true to its values and has a genuine ‘Go for It' (one of Frucors values) attitude which really sets it apart.
As an example, we recently introduced a new warehouse management system at our Queensland site which had a lot of unknowns when the system went live. Even though everybody was well out of their comfort zone, the team really got stuck in and made it happen. They made the launch successful by approaching all the problems encountered with a can do, ‘Go For It' attitude.
