Human Resources
Yes, it’s true - our brands are great assets. But our people are even greater assets. Without the best people, we wouldn’t be where we are today. That’s why the Human Resources team is so important. It’s their job to find and keep the best people out there.
Based in Auckland and Sydney, they work across the whole business, so they’re good at communicating and strong on relationships. If you’d like to join this fun and fabulous team, it would help if you had a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in an HR-related role.
Research and Development
It’s fun to ‘think drinks’ all day and you’ll find some of the best in the game based at our Wiri headquarters in Auckland. Here, with great knowledge and expertise, they dream up success stories like V and Mizone, as well as cool new packaging ideas, which all help grow the Frucor business.
If you’d like to get into this exciting and challenging area of the business, a tertiary qualification in food technology and/or engineering is a great start. And if you’re a graduate, that’s even better - Frucor’s a fantastic place to start your career.
Manufacturing
This is where it all happens, 24/7, producing quality products and anticipating demand. With around 220 different product lines, our manufacturing team is fast-paced and flexible, and cost-efficient too.
And it’s not just about product coming off the line - the team is involved in planning, engineering, procurement, administration and factory. If you’re a good team player and keen to work in a constantly evolving environment brimming with new ideas, then manufacturing is the place for you.
Quality Assurance
Our drinks are top quality, premium products that have a great name in the market. That’s largely because they taste great, but also because we work hard at making sure we produce quality, first time.
We’ve got some impressive systems in place to ensure top quality at Frucor: from buying the ingredients, to developing and producing the drinks, to getting them in-store and responding to any consumer concerns.
If you’re passionate about quality, are strongly analytical and good at relationship-building, you could be a great addition to our quality assurance team. Especially if you have technical experience in food or drink manufacturing and a tertiary qualification.
Marketing
Our marketing team lives and breathes the Frucor mission, which is to lead with refreshing ideas and create innovative cold drinks that refresh, invigorate and delight people, everywhere they go.
They always put the consumer at the heart of what they do and help to develop great brands that everyone will love. They also work on innovative ideas to develop new market categories and grow the business.
If you’re ready to go for it, trailblazing all the way, then marketing would be right up your alley. And if you have a tertiary marketing qualification or have worked marketing wonders elsewhere, all the better!
Sales
Our sales team has, wait for it… a thirst to be first! First to market, first in customer service and first in market share. Perhaps you could call them a little competitive - but that’s not a bad thing.
They work hard to make Frucor products available just about everywhere; from service stations to supermarkets, convenience stores to vending machines. And through excellent category management, service and brand performance, they also grow our retailer customers’ business.
Sales at Frucor is an energetic, fun and challenging place to be. You’ll need to be outgoing, good at relationship-building, customer-focused and professional if you’re keen to join the team and move up through the business. It would also be great if you had a tertiary qualification (preferably in business).
Logistics
Frucor services thousands of customers, big and small, throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands - and not just by moving product from A to B. We have to make sure the right product is delivered, at the right time, to the right place, in perfect condition.
As you can imagine, things really heat up in summer… and we don’t mean the weather, so that’s where planning, storage, picking, administrative and delivery functions are all critical to our success.
Logistics is a fast-paced place to be, where you need to be extremely thorough, great at communicating and superb on customer service. If you’re motivated, multi-skilled and enjoy working in a team, then Logistics would love to hear from you.
Finance
The finance team works with all of Frucor to make sure the best commercial decisions are made, with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
They work alongside each area in terms of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, payable and receivables, so they’re always part of the business - they don’t just report on it!
In Frucor’s fast-paced environment, accuracy, strong teamwork and a sense of fun are all needed, as are good relationship and communication skills. If you’re keen to further your career in finance within this great environment, we’d be keen to hear from you.
Information Systems
The brains behind the smooth functioning of our business systems, we couldn’t cope without our information systems team.
As with finance, this team works with all of Frucor, looking after everyone’s information technology needs and making sure our systems are one step ahead of our growing demands.
Based in Auckland and Sydney, these guys are good at communicating and strong on relationships, with the right type of brain for information systems stuff. If that sounds like you, you could be just the one for us.
